We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from WOW HOME. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Complete with all included accessories and components

For hygiene and quality reasons, bedding that has been washed or used cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend carefully inspecting your bedding before washing or using it.

Once an item has been washed, it will be considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our customer service team can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
