30-Day Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, washed or used bedding cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your item carefully before washing or using it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

After-Sales Policy:

After-sales service is not provided for items that have been washed or are otherwise unsuitable for resale.
As bedding comes into direct contact with the skin, it is impossible to trace the cause of any issues arising after the item has been washed.
